Age of Bandits (the game and this website) is a personal project run by a private individual (the operator). By visiting the website or playing the game, you agree to these terms.

The game is intended for players aged 16 and over: it involves fighting and shooting and is played online with other players. If you are under 16, only play with a parent's permission.

Free to play for personal use

You may play the game free of charge for your own non-commercial entertainment. This is a personal, revocable permission; it does not transfer any rights in the game to you.

The game, its name and logo, characters, graphics, 3D models, animations, music, sounds, videos, texts and source code are protected by copyright and belong to the operator or are used under licence. All rights reserved.

What is not allowed

Without the operator's prior written consent, you may not copy, download or reuse the game's assets (images, models, sounds, videos or code) in other projects; publish, sell or distribute the game or any part of it (including on other websites and game portals); modify, decompile or reverse engineer it; use the name Age of Bandits or its characters in your own products; use cheats or bots; or attack the servers.

What is allowed

You may share links to this website and publish your own screenshots, gameplay videos and streams, as long as you mention Age of Bandits and don't present the game as your own.

Fair play

Play fair and treat other players with respect. The game rejects vulgar or offensive nicknames and room names. The operator may block players who break these rules.

No guarantee

The game is provided free of charge, as is. The operator doesn't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors and may change or end it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from its use.
